At CLEARDEKHO, we offer glasses in 3 sizes – small, medium, and large. Click here to know your frame size. Over 90% of our customers find a medium size frame to be the best fit.

No worries! For us customer satisfaction is of utmost priority. 99% of times, this wont happen, however in worst case of your glasses not fitting properly or vision not clear, you can exchange or return the eyeglass/sunglass. Write to us at contact@cleardekho.com, we have a 15 day return policy and provide instant money back or store credit on return.

You can buy glasses fitted with your prescription or even the frames standalone. We offer glasses with single vision, bifocal, zero power across all powers.

However complex your power be, CLEARDEKHO can make it all.

Once you place your order, you will automatically get an option to provide your power details. You a or upload an image of your prescription. You can also email your power to power@cleardekho.com with your order ID.

At the moment we don’t offer home eye checkup. After placing the order, you can get your prescription from an eye doctor or from your nearest optical store and send the snapshot of the same to power@cleardekho.com along with order ID.

We don’t offer “Trial service” at the moment. However, we have easy return policy, In case you don’t like it after purchase, you can get it exchanged/returned.

You can select your lens while placing order. We offer different types of lenses which includes anti-glare, anti-reflective, anti-scratch, polycarbonate, etc. Be rest assured of the quality.

We dispatch the product within 3-4 days of order & prescription confirmation. Usual delivery time is 4-7 days based on the location.

We have easy hassle free 15 days return policy. We can pickup or you can courier (we will pay Rs 50 as courier charges) the defected product to us. For more details you can check our return policy.

We offer high quality eyewear, also since we have a marketplace model we have the widest range of eyewear at the most competitive pricing. Plus we have hassle free return policy.

CLEARDEKHO offers you multiple payment methods. CLEARDEKHO’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. We offer credit/debit cards/net banking/wallet & COD options.

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on CLEARDEKHO. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive

All credit/debit card, net banking & wallet payments on CLEARDEKHO are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways (PG) managed by leading banks. Our PG partners are PCI-DSS certified. There is a 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

You can go to cleardekho.com on mobile & make a purchase, however we don’t have a mobile app at the moment.

You can check whether we ship to your area or not through our pin code checker on the product page. We cover over 21000 pin codes PAN India. Incase your area is not accessible try changing your shipping location.

As of now, CLEARDEKHO doesn’t deliver products internationally. However you can order from anywhere in the world with our payment options, but delivery location has to be within India.

Our all deliveries are scheduled through India’s best courier partners – Fedex & Delhivery.
