JD – AVP (RETAIL SALES)

  1. Independently Drive Sales, manage retail P&L and ensure adherence to the sales plan in terms of the numbers delivered monthly, quarterly & annually as per the approved business plan.
  2. Take a lead role in building a strong sales management culture along with the entire retail sales team training.
  3. Develop and execute various sales strategies, promotional programs and strategic business Plans to achieve numbers as per the business plan.
  4. Managing Cleardekho optical retail outlets regular operations and teams of all store managers/staff, territory managers/cluster managers and area sales managers.
  5. Set clear objectives, monitor & drive sales progress, productivity and results. Drive business review cadence and develop reporting frameworks to facilitate alignment, learning and improvement and accountability.
  6. Coordinate with Lens operations & procurement team to ensure and achieve the required scale of business on monthly basis and achieve targets.
  7. Work closely with the Marketing Team for Improvement of Marketing Campaigns, Advertisements, and other promotional activities.
  8. Conduct effective and accurate market research, competitor and market analysis and use this information to increase sales.
  9. Work in tandem with new franchise development and location search teams to ensure accurate retail locations finalized for upcoming retail stores.
  10. Build a culture of customer orientation and ensure top of the line customer service to maximize the sales to leads ratio.
  11. Institute mechanisms to analyse customer feedback to gather insights in to the customer thought process, so as to align the sales process to suit the preferences of the customer
  12. Allocating and achieving monthly sales target for all stores and formulate incentive scheme for all the stores in consultation with management.
  13. Planning the daily roaster of Store managers & cluster managers, area managers and other sales staff.
  14. Give mentoring to the under- performing sales team members and ensure that the suitable rewards and recognition are provided to the high performing members to ensure their continued out-performance.
  15. Forecasting and Planning to hire store staff / managers for upcoming stores.
  16. Preparation of reports and performance ppts (sales, store P&L and other relevant data etc.) And submit the report to management/Director timely.
  17. Plan and monitor replenishment of stock at the stores level.
  18. Planning BTL, ATL and Digital marketing campaigns with the marketing team to boost sales.
  19. Monitor the store progress in terms of sales, identify shortcomings and propose improvements and achieve the monthly sales targets.
  20. Interactions/meetings with franchise owner and resolving their queries within the prescribed TAT
  21. Visit all stores of the company PAN India (Traveling is Mandatory)
  22. Monitor stores operations as per sops and Store operations checklist and other company policies as applicable
  23. Other assignments advised from time to time from senior management/Director.

 

ELIGIBILITY

GRequired Qualification – Post Graduate (Preferably MBA)

Work Experience – 10 to 12 years out of which 4 to 5 Years in Leadership position (Preferably from optical background)

Gender Preference – Male/Female
