Job Description (Customer Care Executive – CCE)
• Able to manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
• Handle Escalated Customer Issues
• Make Sure all Customer Care Meets Established Standard
• Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
