JD – MANAGER-MARKETING (BTL) & DIGITAL MARKETING – MARKETING
- Responsible for executing communication offers & creatives for ATL & BTL collaterals with approvals in place.
- Responsible for mapping all BTL & ATL activities regionally & locally over calendar and allocating to respective sales executive to generate maximum footfalls.
- Responsible to perform and manage on ground teams to execute activities like: pamphlets News Paper Insertion, kiosk, pamphlet distribution, co-promotion with local retailers like pharmacies, look walkers, mike announcements through e-rickshaw or other modes, banners on the back of auto rickshaws, local celebrity/influencer engagements, theatrical skits in marketplaces, engagement activities with local schools, corporate etc.
- Responsible for generating daily reports of activity planned & executed. Weekly reports of footfall or sales generated by each activity, store wise. Monthly reports of footfalls/sales store wise and justification of ROI (as per budgets).
- Willing to travel frequently on the field to monitor, planning & execution of BTL & Royalty brand activation program.
- Responsible for Agency Management and local outsourced executives/bodies related to marketing activities.
- Ready to Work with other departments to get Camps and few other activities arranged.
- Activating and optimising Sponsored Ads (Lead generation & Brand awareness) on Facebook and Instagram, for all the ClearDekho store locations. Thereby, Driving sales via social media channels. Curating the campaigns based on Seasonality, Sales offers etc.
- Experimenting and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies, tools and best practices to improve ROAS consistently.
- Ideation, strategizing, and implementation of Digital Campaigns to ensure organic traction and a consistent increase in the follower metrics.
- Managing ClearDekho social media platforms i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn daily posting activities which includes creating content strategy, creative designing and posting.
- Managing Influencer Marketing – finalising and mapping micro and nano influencers and getting the content (reels, posts, pictures) created, approved and posted on social media platforms.
- Working with the retail sales team to coordinate marketing campaigns, ensuring the same communication on both digital and print activities.
- Selection, Categorising and helping in photo shoots of the products for social media.
- Tracking marketing metrics and analysing digital data to measure marketing success.
- Measuring and analysing campaigns’ success using data and analytics tools and sending work reports.
- Doing other assignments as advised from time to time by the management or reporting manager.
- Following the other/further details of the above duties may be advised separately, as per need.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 5 years or above of relevant experience.
- Should have experience of executing communication offers & creatives for ATL & BTL.
- Knowledge in experimenting and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies, tools and best practices to improve ROAS consistently
