JD – NSO MANAGER

  1. Responsible to draft monthly, quarterly and annual retail expansion plan geography wise with retail inputs and as per the broad level management strategy.
  2. Responsible to Map geographies for relevant locations and finalize properties as per the SOP’s
  3. Responsible to maintain detailed vendor pool/list specific to each project work.
  4. Responsible to design 2D and 3D Layout of each store as per the store size, design and brand guidelines of the company before starting projects.
  5. Responsible to provide plan of project implementation and store opening with tentative timelines to all concerned department Heads and Management.
  6. Responsible to finalise project work order entailing bifurcation of cost work wise and finalize vendors as per the work order post all approvals.
  7. Vendors to be finalized as per the local availability, cost effectiveness, quality, adherence to timelines and turnkey project expertise.
  8. Responsible to liaison with property owners (landlords) to get basic civil work/cleaning done at the store before starting fabrication.
  9. Vendor empanelment and new vendor selection for civil work, store fabrication and fixtures, signage, branding, electrical, glass work, hardware, IT software and miscellaneous.
  10. Responsible to work with teams including project executives, project managers, NSO executives etc. and to train them regularly to be more efficient and responsive.
  11. Responsible to allocate each location and project to respective team member to get it executed on ground.
  12. Responsible to monitor all projects as per the work orders and NSO store opening plans in order to complete all projects within timelines.
  13. Required to do rigorous travel across locations/geographies independently and with team members in order to monitor ground realities and improve execution at the ground level.
  14. Required to provide daily, weekly and monthly store opening tracker and project completion tracker with real time updates to all concerned team members and EOD reports to management.
  15. Respond quickly over delays and troubleshoot to improve on timelines in order to complete projects on time.
  16. Responsible for budget planning project wise and retail expansion plan wise for monthly, quarterly and annually. All budgets and plans to be approved in advance from the management.
  17. Responsible for handover the new stores post completion to retail team as per the SOPs and keeping all records of handover data and information.
  18. Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting to all concerned heads and management on the work actuals as per the specified formats.
  19. Responsible to get all rental & franchise agreements drafted, finalized and executed between property owners, franchise owners and the company. Liaison with legal department to get the agreements done timely.
  20. Responsible to get the money in the bank for NSO projects from franchise owners through Business Development (BD) and New Franchise Development team.
  21. Required to monitor and plan the project work as per the money being received in bank from franchise owners.
  22. Required to plan soft launch with retail and grand launch with local celebrity/politician and local advertising activity as per the requirements store to store. All concerned departments and franchise owners to be informed prior to each launch.
  23. Responsible for regular team trainings, reviews and claims settlements against advance imprest and purchases is also an important KRA.
  24. Responsible for all NSO projects work orders, cost structures, vendors, travel plans etc. to be approved in advance from management.
  25. Any other duties and tasks as assigned and advised time to time by the management or reporting managers.

Eligibility

GRADUATE/POST GRADUATE/PGDM / MBA Minimum 3 year of relevant experience into NEW STORE OPENINGS with EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Salary: Upto 60,000/- per month
