JD – SR. EXECUTIVE – FRANCHISE RELATIONS – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  1. Responsible for expansion of Franchise network Pan India.
  2. Handling franchise leads and explaining the concept and business model.
  3. Ensuring collection of budgeted revenue on a monthly basis.
  4. Ensuring appointment of targeted number of franchise outlets/stores every month by creating and managing a healthy pipeline.
  5. Lead generation through various marketing activities like participation in Franchisee Exhibition, Webinar, Event, Social Media Promotion etc.
  6. Ensuring collection of all the documents as per the checklist and execution of the contract prior to opening of the outlet.
  7. Handling cross functional team comprising of members from NSO, Legal, and Accounts etc. and ensure smooth on boarding of prospective channel partners.
  8. Responsible for building positive relationships with Franchise for business growth.
  9. Responsible for scheduling regular meetings, discussions, teleconferences and visiting Stores to strengthen the relationships.
  10. Be able to address franchise queries with the help of respective departments’ single point of contact.
  11. Responsible for providing Franchise support and handling communications effectively.
  12. Responsible for ensuring that Franchise requests are handled timely and accurately and issues raised by the Franchisees are settled and solved within timelines with proper approvals of the Management.
  13. Responsible to communicate with 100+ stakeholders.
  14. Responsible for generating daily reports of activity planned & executed.
  15. Responsible for providing resolution to franchise escalations within Turnaround Time.
  16. Other roles and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Eligibility

  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 3 years or above of relevant experience.
  • Should have experience of communications and explaining business model concept.
  • Knowledge in experimenting and implementing innovative strategies, tools and best practices to improve leads consistently
