LOCATION: Connaught Place, New Delhi
JD – TELECALLER – RETAIL SALES
- Make timely outbound calls to retail walk-out customers (approx. 100 calls per day).
- Ensure all calls are made within 1 working day of the customer’s visit.
- Engage potential customers professionally and courteously to understand reasons for walk-out.
- Promote relevant products or offers based on customer interest and feedback.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of each interaction in the CRM system.
- Follow up on warm leads and schedule in-store visits or callbacks where required.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion.
- Provide feedback to management on lead quality, customer concerns, and recurring issues
- Any other duty as assigned time to time.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required) and female candidates only.
- Should have 1–2 years of experience in tele sales, tele calling, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
- Should have excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
- Strong persuasion skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Should have basic knowledge of computers, Excel, CRM tools.
